This is an excellent quality cape and could be used for a number of characters ~ a magician, Zorro or Dracula.
It is fully reversible, so black on one side with blue collar and blue on the other side with black collar. It is made of a good quality satin, is quite thick due to double fabric used and does up at the neck with a tie.
This is a very comfortable and versatile costume for either a boy or girl to wear.
